Do you offer an out-of-hours service?

Answer:  Yes we do.  Our out-of-hours service is available 7 days a week.  To contact us outside of our normal office hours, please call the office number 01335 330460 and this will divert you to the person on call.

Do you offer delivery on parts?

Answer:  Yes we do and we can offer next day delivery and economy delivery on parts from stock through TNT.  Most of our suppliers will also send their parts direct from their factory to your door if we do not have the part you require in stock.  Charges for this service vary from supplier to supplier and will depend on the type of delivery option required.

What are your delivery charges for parts orders?

Answer:  We try and keep delivery charges to the minimum as we understand that no-one likes paying extra charges for carriage. Depending on whether your order is from stock or being sent direct from the manufacturer, carriage prices will depend on the parcel weight, size and delivery method chosen.  When you place an order we will advise, if needed, on any carriage costs associated with the order.

Can you deliver my machine?

Answer:  Yes we can. We have a fantastic arrangement with a reputable haulier to ensure we can get your new or used machine to you when you need it.  You can of course arrange your own transport and collect the machine.  For more information speak with one of our sales team who will be glad to assist.

What payment options do you offer on machinery?

Answer:  You can pay for your machine in a number of ways.  We accept cash, debit and credit card payments, BACS, CHAPS, cheque and Paypal, or if you prefer we can arrange finance* through one of our reputable and responsible lenders.

*Finance is subject to status.

Do you offer credit accounts?

Answer:  Yes we offer 30 day credit accounts on parts and service only (not on machinery).  Please contact our office on 01335 330460 for an application form.  Credit accounts may be subject to credit checks and can be withdrawn at any time. Credit accounts are subject to our terms and conditions of trade.

How can I pay for my parts or service bills?

Answer:  We offer 30 day credit accounts (subject to status), but you can also pay by cash, credit and debit card, cheque, electronic transfer and Paypal.
